This introductory session will explore the concept of mindfulness and its benefits for reducing stress and improving focus. You'll learn simple practices like finding your anchor and breath meditation exercises that you can easily incorporate into your daily routine.
This event is FOR FREE for all members of Jakarta Friends! The session will be online.

The host:
Your host will be a certified MBSR Meditation Teacher with lots of experience in online and in-person courses.
Technicalities:
You will need a Zoom account to access this session. Be on time! We want to start together. Late-comers might not be granted access anymore. Please update your RSVP if you don't manage to come. Repeated no-shows will be kicked from the group.
