【Full】⛰️Early summer Chausudake hike/初夏の茶臼岳でハイキング🥾

Let’s visit Chausudake in Tochigi prefecture!

Mt. Chausu is located at the north end of Tochigi prefecture. It’s an active volcano and the main peak of the Nasu mountains. It stands 1,915 metres above sea level. They have many walking trails suitable for beginners and families. The panoramic view of the Kanto Plain below from the top of Mt. Chausu is breathtaking. You can enjoy fresh green in early June.

I plan not to use the Ropeway but depending on participants level and the timing, we may use on the way back. We will meet at Nasushiobara station and rent a car from there. We will stop by onsen after the hike(optional).)

🥾栃木県の茶臼岳にハイキングに行こう〜！

茶臼岳は栃木県の北端にありる活火山であり、那須連山の主峰となる山です。標高は1,915メートル。初心者や家族連れに適したハイキングコースがいろいろあります。茶臼山山頂からは関東平野のパノラマビューが楽しめます✨6月はそろそろ新緑も綺麗なはず！

ロープウェイは利用しない予定ですが、参加者のレベルやタイミングによっては帰りに利用するかもしれません。当日は那須塩原駅に集合し、そこからレンタカーを借ります。ハイキング終了後、温泉に立ち寄る予定です。

Distance: 7km (5hr + 30min break)
Elevation gain: 700m

Meeting point: Nasushiobara station at 8:00
(You can take a bullet train (yamabiko#203 or local train if you prefer)

Participation fee: 3,500 yen

Including

Not Including

• transportation from/to Nasushiobara from your home
• any meals or admission fee
