💯【100 Famous】Mt.Hiragatake, Weekend trip in Niigata
Let’s climb Mt. Hiragatake! Mt. Hiragatake is a famous peak in the Oze area, with an elevation of 2,141m, and as its name suggests, it has a flat and spacious mountain shape and countless landslides. The normal route is only available for day trips, and the course time is 12 hours, which is said to be one of the most difficult courses among the 100 famous mountains. However, this time, we will aim to hunt for the peak by shortening the course time by about half using the Prince Course, which is only available to guests staying at lodgings near the foot of the mountain and is available for transportation to the trailhead. July is the season when various alpine plants bloom, so we will be able to enjoy the pretty flowers while walking. On the first day, we warmed up with a simple hike along the Kiyotsu River. After the hike, we will relax in the hot springs at the lodging and enjoy dinner. On the second day, we will start climbing Mt. Hiragatake early in the morning and travel to the trailhead with the lodge's round-trip shuttle. After the hike, we will return to the lodge for the hot springs to wash off the sweat, and enjoy the gourmet food of Echigo Yuzawa before heading home.

日本百名山「平ヶ岳」に一緒に登りませんか？平ヶ岳は標高2141m、その名の通り平らで大らかな山容と無数の地溏が美しい尾瀬エリアの名峰です。通常のルートは日帰りのみとなり、そのコースタイムは12時間と百名山の中でも難関コースと言われていますが、今回は麓近くの宿の宿泊者だけが林道を送迎してもらえる特別なプリンスコースを使いコースタイムを半分ほどに短縮してピークハントを狙います。7月は様々な高山植物が咲く時期なので、歩きながら可憐な花たちを楽しむことも出来るはず。1日目は清津川沿いの簡単なハイキングでウォームアップ。宿でのんびりと温泉に入り夕食を頂きます。2日目は早朝からいよいよ平ヶ岳登山。宿の無料往復送迎で移動し、登山後再び宿に戻り温泉に入って汗を流し、越後湯沢のグルメを楽しんでから帰路に着くプランです。
