WELCOME. U have taken the first step....it is in the right direction. all of us have KNOWLEDGE but in public meetings when it comes to expressing ....sudenly we are tounge tied, speechless,the stars seem spinning at zillion miles an hr even the ac DOES NOT HELP....we are sweating profusely.....
