When is a meetup not a meetup? When it's the Folk Festival. This is an unhosted event with thousands of attendees. Attend at your own pace. We have successfully used this as a message board. I will not be taking attendance and I will not be arranging a meetup spot. RAIN OR SHINE. Tents are setup for the bands and many of the tents have seating.
