Nov 9, 11AM, York River State Park

Let’s take a hike at York River State Park. This 4-5 mile hike will be mostly on dirt trails with a little elevation (200 ft). We will hike on the trail leading up to the swamp area then we will head over to the Fossil Beach area.
Dogs on non retractable leashes are permitted. Please bring water for yourself and your pooch.
Bring a snack being that we will be hiking at lunch time.
Admission to the park is $5 or use your annual VSP pass.

We will meet in main parking lot by the visitor center.
There are bathrooms there so use them before 10:50.
Please be the by 10:50. We will leave promptly at 11 AM.
