2nd Monday- Field Trip Jam (North Park Lions Club)

Whether you play an instrument, enjoy singing, or simply love great music, you’re invited to join in. The words and chords for each song will be projected on a big screen, making it easy for everyone to play and sing along together.

there will be a separate microphone for singing. But we ask once you’re done signing a song, that you go back to your chair so others have a chance to sing the next song

No Amps, just Acoustic Only

To keep things fun, we’ll sprinkle in some light music trivia about the songs and artists along the way. Percussion instruments are welcome too—and we’ll have a few on hand to share if you’d like to jump in.

Come celebrate music, connect with fellow music lovers, and maybe even learn something new about your favorite tunes. You’re also welcome to lead a song if you’d like.

P.S. If you lead a song, please be able to play it on guitar and sing it on the microphone.
Location: 3927 Utah St, San Diego
(There are several parking spots at the venue. Additional street parking is available on Utah St or across University Ave near Friends of Jefferson Elementary School.)

Parking:

You may park in any of the general guest spaces or the green dance studio space on the left side. You may also park in Dr. Chinn's spaces on the right weekdays after 6pm or on Sundays. You may also park in the red Title Boxing spaces on the right since their business has closed down. Avoid the blue Veterinary clinic spaces as they often stay open late. You can also park in the space in the alley adjacent to the studio wall near the dumpster. There's plenty of street parking 1 block away in front of Jefferson Elementary School located at 3770 Utah St, San Diego, CA 92104 next to the Kentucky Fried Chicken. There is also an affordable parking garage located a block away at 3829 29th St, San Diego, CA 92104.
