JAMPROV Workshop

FOR PERFORMERS
An opportunity to be in a theater show, after attending a workshop! We will create our ensemble.
A 2-hour playshop + stage time in that evening’s Jamprov show.
Show's duration: 1h30m
(there will be a break in between)

Who is eligible for performing in a Jamprov?
You are! If you are interested and willing to commit for the time period you agreed on, the most important thing to know is the show must go on, and with you in it!

I am an experienced improvisor actor - is Jamprov for me?
Yes and... It is not a class. It is actor's preparation for a show. Wouldn't it have been nice if you had Jamprov as you're going through your learning to become the experienced improviser that you are. Being with different groups of people and the unique way we relate to one another.

i'm a pro, is Jamprov for me?
Sure, it is a great place to get some reps in, with no advance PR with your name on it. You'll be treated just like the rest of us.

Is there a costume?
All in black costume, clothes you can easily move with yet nice looking. Please no logos, no advertisemnets, etc.

What if I have never done improv before but always wanted the opportunity?
Well, this is it! The concept of making your scene partner look good gives an ensemble of all to be supportive of one another. You may find this very comfortable.
