BRRRR Method for Investors in the Rock County Market

Welcome back to our first meeting since in quite some time. The group will be taking a bit newer of a format and we will be trying to bring in speakers to discuss different aspects of real estate investing during these crazy times. This month, we will be discussing the BRRRR Method. This method is so attractive because it gives investors an opportunity for quick, scaleable growth by pulling money out of each deal and using it to help fund the next deal. We will have Ron Williams and Brian Lawton joining us to discuss these deals. Ron and Brian are co-owners of EXIT Realty HGM with locations in Janesville and Madison and have many years of investing experience. With their strong personal ties to the area, as well as their many combined years of investing experience, they will be able to give quite a bit of insight to the BRRRR method and how to use it properly in the Rock County market.
