Welcome to JapaHacks International Meetup!
This is a casual language exchange event for Japanese and international people who want to practice Japanese or English, meet new people, and make friends in Tokyo.
Whether you're learning Japanese, practicing English, or simply interested in meeting people from different backgrounds, everyone is welcome!

🗣 JAPANESE & ENGLISH EVERY 10 MINUTES
We'll switch between Japanese and English every 10 minutes, giving everyone a chance to practice both languages.
You don't need to be fluent! If you're still a beginner, that's completely fine. You can learn from the people around you, help each other, and enjoy using the language you know.

🤝 MEET & TALK WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE
There are no fixed conversation partners. You're free to talk with people you click with and meet different people throughout the event.
The goal isn't just language practice — it's also about making new connections, sharing cultures, and having a good time together.

🌱 BEGINNER FRIENDLY
Don't worry if you can't speak much Japanese or English yet!
When the language switches to your native language, you can help keep the conversation going, and when you're practicing your target language, other participants can help you too.
Come as you are and enjoy communicating!

JapaHacksが主催する国際交流イベントです！
英語を練習したい方、外国人・日本人の友達を作りたい方、いろいろな国や文化の人と交流してみたい方のためのカジュアルな言語交換イベントです。日本語を勉強している外国人の方も、英語を練習したい日本人の方も大歓迎です！

🗣 10分ごとに日本語・英語を切り替え！
このイベントでは、10分ごとに日本語と英語を切り替えながら交流します。語学力に自信がなくても大丈夫です！分からない表現があれば周りの人に聞いたり、お互いに教え合ったりしながら会話を楽しみましょう。

🤝 気が合う人と自由に交流！
会話する相手は固定されていません。
気が合った人と話したり、新しい人と交流したりしながら、自由にイベントを楽しむことができます。語学を練習するだけでなく、新しい友達を作ったり、お互いの文化について話したりすることもこのイベントの目的です。

🌱 初心者も大歓迎！
「英語がまだあまり話せない」「日本語を勉強し始めたばかり」という方でも大丈夫です！
自分の母語の時間には相手の会話をサポートして、勉強している言語の時間には周りの人に助けてもらいながら、気軽にコミュニケーションを楽しんでください。
