What we’re about
Our group is for people who work in the IT or Marketing industries (though other professionals are also welcome) and for people who have connections or interests in Japan and Japanese culture.
JAITとは、Japan Australia ITの略称です。オーストラリア＆日本でIT、マーケティング関係からいろいろなプロフェッショナルな職種に就職＆求職されている方、ビジネス、スタートアップにご興味がある方を集まって、就職や起業、各業界の最新トレンドなどをいろいろと情報交換を目的としております。
参加者は日本人が5割くらいでその他は、日本に関わりがある、もしくは日本に興味がある方々に参加していただいております。
幸いなことにJAIT内知り合ったネットワークで、いろいろなビジネスなどをスタートされている方も増えてきているようです。
We meet almost every month around CBD. Sometimes we just have drinks together, and sometimes we have a presentation from members or other professionals. Our membership is already over 1000.
We have around 30-40 people is coming to each event.
