Stitching Retreat to Yamanakako

I would like to try to plan our first retreat to a place in Yamanaka-ko

Plan:

• Bring your fiber arts project with you
• Please keep the lodging tidy. It is our first time to stay and it is a friend’s son’s private house. He won’t be there though.
• Only women please.
• Expect to pay 20,000 for the few days for lodging, car rental, highway tolls and gas. Also to help support the organizer’s Meetup fees (15,000 yen).
• We will spend time in a cabin or large house sleeping and crafting together for a couple days. We can go eat out or cook at the location.
• If you want to explore the town we can do that also.
• Max people: 8
• Available spots now: 6
• Meet either Friday at 11am at Sangenjaya station, or Gotemba at 3 pm. I cannot do pickups from Gotemba multiple times. If you cannot do either, please try again on the next retreat.
• Max 4 people in the car at once.
• When going home, I can take a few back to Gotemba or Kawaguchiko. Let’s agree on a time when you want to go in groups.
