nearest would be JR, Rinkai, or Tokyu line, Ooimachi station. fairly close from various terminals like shinjuku or tokyo. 15-20 minutes from both.
free buses would be available from there.

or, around 10 min. walk from oomori-kaigan station on the keikyu line, which might be more convenient for Kanagawa pref. residents. 50 min. from Yokohama.
