[Belltown] Made Between Markets

Welcome to Made Between Markets, an event brought to you by Japan Seattle ABC Network. This event is part of our Academic and Business programming to foster connections between Seattle's Japanese and international communities while celebrating local entrepreneurship and culinary innovation.

Admission is free and walk-ins are always welcome! We'd appreciate if you RSVP through this event to help us get an estimated attendee count, but registration is not required to join us.

EVENT PURPOSE & FORMAT
Made Between Markets is a neighborhood marketplace celebrating Japanese-inspired food, drinks, desserts, and brands created by passionate makers right here in Seattle. This event showcases how five local businesses have adapted Japanese culinary traditions into something uniquely Seattle-focused—not simply importing existing products, but creating something new.

• Discover local makers who are building bridges between Japanese food culture and Seattle's vibrant community

• Support small businesses and artisans
• Enjoy a day of community connection and cultural celebration

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Browse and shop from five outstanding local makers: Mixed Pantry, Indigo Cow, KOTO JELLY COFFEE, Standard Matcha, KAYAVA.
• Sample Japanese-inspired foods and beverages from each vendor
• Meet the makers and learn their stories
• Participate in a stamp rally with rewards
• Enjoy a day celebrating Seattle's vibrant food scene
