🀄Casual Riichi Mahjong 麻雀 in Amsterdam

🀄Let's meet, play Riichi Mahjong (Japanese mahjong 麻雀) and enjoy the company🀄

Where: 7th floor of OBA Oosterdok - Public library

Who: We expect the players to have a sufficient level of basic knowledge of the Riichi mahjong rules, such as:

• Building a winning hand
• Identifying and building Yakus (you can use your materials with the Yaku list)
• Important basic strategy (e.g. Riichi, Furiten)

Capacity: We have only 1 mat/set that limits the capacity

Language: English

Cost: None

What: We are playing the Japanese version of Mahjong called Riichi

Note:

• You do not have to know the scoring.
• If you play only online it is ok.
• No gambling
• Knowing only other versions of Mahjong is a good start but you need to study the rules before the event.
• ⚠️ The event will take place if we have min 3 players ⚠️
