Orlando Japan Festival

The annual Orlando Japan Fest is back in person! Last year it was virtual & fun, but this year should be Fun cranked up to 11! There will be performances on stage (including Matsuriza drumming), vendors, food & beverage stalls, a raffle, and an ending “Bon” dance for all. Yayoi will be there selling excellent kimono, yukata, & accessories and Rising Sun Dojo will dress you in social-media-post-worthy samurai armor for a fee. From previous years, I remember a book sale, handicrafts, clothing vendors, and the Mitsukoshi store’s booth with a discount merchandise free-for-all.
