Welcome!
We are going to combine Yin Yoga postures for relaxation and flexibility with dynamic QiGong movements. Samurai/Ninja mudras, samurai breathing and philosophy will be introduced.

You don’t need any yoga experience; just be open minded.

Preparation (if you want to; or just read it and let it sink in)
What’s your personal motivation/ikigai - 生き甲斐 to join in the yoga class?
What is your true heart feeling/honshin 本心?
Are you open minded and flexible - shoshin 初心?

Do you practise your daily routines in baby steps and don’t expect too much result at first - kaizen 改善?

Then you will certainly get your desired results more easily.
