More than half of the most beautiful Japanese gardens in Japan are located in Kyoto. And the greatest concentration of those best traditional gardens is in my favorite area of Kyoto called Okazaki. Some of them are open to the public, and some are available only occasionally or by reservation.
We often take private small, usually family tours to the area and it is the best opportunity to take a leisurely stroll around the different types of Japanese gardens. Everyone is very excited about that tour, however, it is not available to everyone, both because of the realistic full price of the tour, as well as because of the limited time of the master of Japanese gardens. For these reasons, we launch every Friday* this public tour, which is available to anyone who registers and pays this favorable price.
The tour is 2 hours and we visit the attractions of the Okazaki area with a beautiful landscape and visit one Japanese garden (the same tour with two Japanese gardens is available for 3 hours).
The price of the tour does not include admission to attractions and Japanese gardens (the price of admission depends on each individual garden, as well as the period of the year).

*The tour also takes place in rainy weather.
**The tour is suspended only:
・in conditions when the danger of natural disasters (typhoon, strong storm, etc.) is announced
・when a private tour is booked at full price
・when there are less than 5 applicants
