Calligraphy
Japanese calligraphy (Shodō) is a traditional art where creativity and mindfulness come together.
Guided by calligraphy artist Ranka, you will explore the structure of strokes, the role of breath, and the balance between body and mind.
At the end of the session, you will create the character “卯”,
a symbol of April (Uzuki), and take home a memory of spring and this experience.

Japanese Tea Pairing
We will serve a selection of premium Japanese teas, including ceremonial-grade matcha and gyokuro.
Gyokuro will be presented as a non-alcoholic signature cocktail, offering a modern expression of Japanese tea.
You will also enjoy the traditional sweet Dōmyōji, inspired by cherry blossoms and the beauty of spring.
A small welcome sweet will also be served — a delightful surprise revealed on the day.
At the end of the experience, you will receive a small gift to take home.
