Start: 4:00pm – End: 6:00pm
4:00 PM – 4:15 PM: Sign-up & get your drink
4:15 PM – 5:45 PM: Japanese & English Language Exchange
5:45 PM – 6:00 PM: Group photos & closing
※Please note that we must return the space to the store by 6:00 PM. Everyone is expected to leave on time.

・QR code ticket: Please present your QR code ticket at the reception. If you don’t have a QR code, you will need to fill out a form and verify your ID at the reception.
