Japamburg Meetup - 4/2023 - Energieversorgung in Japan und Deutschland

The issue of the energy supply of the future is the subject of intense debate in both Japan and Germany, as the energy sector must also play its part in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Hamburg is endeavouring to take a pioneering position in the field of renewable energies, particularly wind power and green hydrogen in Germany and Northern Europe. The partnership between the Renewable Energy Cluster and the Japanese prefecture of Fukushima and the Japanese involvement in the Moorburg hydrogen site have already led to intensive bilateral dialogue.

But what does the Japanese view of Hamburg look like and what issues are currently driving the Japanese energy transition and the energy market there? We would like to discuss these and other topics during a visit to Hamburg by the Japanese energy company JENEX and invite you to network with us.
