Some of the premier locations for desert southwest landscape photography are located just outside Moab, Utah. This small-group workshop will get you to the best spots for dramatic sunrises and sunsets in some of the most stunning scenery you'll find.

Where: Moab, Utah
Nearest Airport: Grand Junction, Colorado (~1.5 hour drive)
Workshop Fee: $1099 per photographer*
Workshop fee includes all field instruction, image review and critique, and classroom instruction. Meals, park fees, transportation & lodging are the responsibility of each participant. I have a group reservation at our hotel (king rooms) for $185/night plus tax. You will receive information on how to book your room after the workshop is confirmed.

*I do not have a "non-photographer" participant option. Companions are welcome, but the group activities are for participants only.
**Special Note: The National Park Service notified me on February 15th that due to massive road work, Arches NP will be closed to the public between 7pm and 7am from March-November 2018. We will still be able to photograph in Arches during the day, but this means our sunrise/sunset locations will be at alternate locations.

• DSLR Camera
• Sturdy Tripod with ball head
• Camera remote release cord
• Standard zoom lens (24-70mm or equivalent)
• Telephoto zoom lens (70-200mm or equivalent)
• (Optional) Super-wide zoom lens (16-35mm or equivalent)
• (Optional) Telephoto lens (300mm or longer) or teleconverter
• (Optional) Fisheye lens
• Laptop computer with software and card reader for image review/critique sessions
