Das Java Meetup Mitteldeutschland ist offen für alle,
die Java nicht nur benutzen, sondern verstehen wollen –
und Lust haben, sich aktiv einzubringen.
Dieses Meetup richtet sich an Java-Entwickler:innen, die mehr wollen als kurze Talks und Buzzwords. Wir schaffen eine Plattform für tiefgehenden, praxisnahen Austausch – so, wie er auf großen Konferenzen im engen Zeitplan oft keinen Platz findet.
Im Fokus stehen Themen, die uns im Entwickleralltag wirklich begegnen: Java Performance, Parallelität, JVM Internals, Architekturentscheidungen sowie neue Entwicklungen im Java-Ökosystem - kritisch, fundiert und anwendungsnah.
Unser Ziel ist es, einen Raum zu schaffen für gemeinsames Denken, Fachsimpeln und lebendige Diskussionen auf Augenhöhe.

Java Meetup Leipzig is open to everyone
who doesn’t just use Java, but wants to truly understand it –
and enjoys actively contributing to meaningful discussions.
This meetup is aimed at Java developers who are looking for more than short talks and buzzwords. We create a platform for in-depth, hands-on exchange – the kind of conversation that often doesn’t fit into the tight schedules of large conferences.
Our focus is on topics that truly matter in everyday development:
Java performance, concurrency, JVM internals, architectural decisions, and new developments in the Java ecosystem – explored critically, thoroughly, and with a strong practical focus.
Our goal is to create a space for shared thinking, technical discussion, and engaging conversations on equal footing.
