Introduction To Functional Reactive Programming - (Vladimir Novick)

Vladimir will explain the basics of Functional Programming and how it varies from OOP approach. He will explain the benefits of writing Functional Code and how you should write it in Javascript

Vladimir Novick , Front End Developer and Architect at 90min.com. He brings with him lots of experience with various frameworks and FED technologies. Lately he writes in pure ES6 and React as he works on 90min new ambitious product, which is used by 36million unique users worldwide. Vladimir previously worked in Gaming industry as Lead Front End Developer & Architect, Team Leader and Senior FED.

Learn how easy it is to write functional programming in JS using Ramda.js. Master simple, yet practical FP concepts and apply to your daily work to produce more robust and DRY code.

Emscripten For Fun and Profit! - (Vitali Perchonok)

Emscripten is a C/C++ compiler that can targets the web. So far it's been used only for boring stuff like porting the Unreal Game Engine. We will look into how to get started with Emscripten, how to port an existing C code to impress your boss & your mom! how to interact between C and JavaScript. And of course what it all means to world peace, and how it can save the dolphins!
