HackJam#1: AngularJS 1.5 with ES6

Details

During this session, you will learn how to migrate an Angular 1.x application from ES5 to ES6. It's important that you have a good experience using Angular.

Here is how we breakdown the HackJam:

• 30min Theory

• 1:30 Hacking on practical examples & Exercices in pair programming

• 30 min of Discussing/Demoing what solution you came up with

To really enjoy the event you'll need to know at least one programming language and have worked already with JavaScript and Angular.

But still, don't be shy, the community is here to help. The best among us will also benefit from teaching and sharing their knowledge as it's the best way to develop mentoring skills.

********************** Practical Details ********************

• Starts at 6:30p.m. on Thursday 24th March

• Maximum 60 participants.

• Bring your laptop

• We'll be using GitHub (better if you have/create a profile before starting)

• Mentoring: If some of you feel like attending as a mentor, don't hesitate to contact Alex (https://www.meetup.com/JS-Lab-London/members/14054973/)

Hope to see many of you there.
