Modern Java Features & Preparing for an Agentic Future

There are two start times to this meeting. The first is earlier since students are free earlier. (All are welcome for this opener but it is also fine if you come after work and miss Jeanne's Java 21+ session. You'll still be there for the Agentic Future which is later).

See https://www.javasig.com for registration info.

5pm - Modern Java Features - Java 21 and Beyond Want to see what modern Java can really do beyond Java 21? This session begins with a quick overview of Java certification, then explores newer
language features through practical examples and challenging questions.

6pm Pizza, Networking and Preparing for an Agentic Future for Developers Is this just hype, or are organizations seeing real results? Does it work at scale? And how should you prepare for a future in which writing and reading
code becomes a much smaller part of your role?
