About us
We are a Tibetan Buddhist sangha and the purpose of the meetup is to provide a forum for people to come into contact with the Dharma and meditation practice. Our Meditation and Buddhism Basics sessions are geared towards curious folks who have never stepped into a Buddhist temple, though we also draw experienced practitioners who have been doing this for decades. It's usually a lively mix and everyone is welcome. We ask that first-timers arrive a few minutes early for a quick orientation before practice begins.
