Public Talk: How to Be Friendly with Fear
In Tibetan Buddhism, fear is understood to arise from our attachment to self and our misunderstanding of the mind’s true nature. Lama Karma Drodhul will guide us in transforming fear into a companion on the path, learning to see it as a friend.
