The Arts Alliance Of Putnam and the Acoustic Circle are hoping to bring performance art to the wonderful Scarlett Hill Theater in the Larimer Arts Center in Palatka in the form of our "Speak Easy" Open Mic every 3rd Saturday, 7-9pm.
