JayJen is a social language exchange community where Koreans and internationals can practice languages, try new activities, and make real friends in Seoul.
Unlike typical language exchanges where conversations often end up being mostly English or mostly Korean, JayJen uses a structured language-switching system so everyone gets a fair chance to practice.

Each table has a dedicated leader who guides the conversation, helps people connect, and makes sure no one is left out — even if you come alone.

We organize the sessions so the conversation doesn’t accidentally turn into “English only” or “Korean only.” Both Korean and English learners get dedicated time to practice.

We don’t just sit around asking the same questions every time. JayJen brings different activities and themes — board game parties, conversation games, special events, social nights, and more.

JayJen isn’t a place where you talk to strangers for two hours and never see them again. We’re building a community where you can meet people regularly, hang out outside the events, and actually make friends in Seoul.
