Welcome to JB Walking Club! Our club was formed on 29th March 2013 with the purposes of promoting walking in Johor Bahru. With just moderate-intensity walking a week, it can help manage stress, prevent heart disease, and reduction for developing diabetes. Also,the camaraderie you experience in a walking group and the shared fitness success can help you walk your way to better health. Looking forward to exploring walking with everybody.
