We're delighted to welcome Michael Schiffner, Managing Director of Collective Intelligence, Business Development Advisor, Executive Coach and internationally experienced keynote speaker.
Since 2006, Michael has worked alongside senior leaders across professional services, helping them build high-performing business development cultures and develop authentic relationship-building skills that drive commercial success. As the creator of the BD Accelerator Program, he has coached hundreds of professionals to build confidence, strengthen relationships and win work without relying on traditional sales techniques. Previously, Michael established the Business Development Academy at KPMG Australia, where his coaching contributed to more than $12 million in additional revenue while developing the firm's business development capability.
Known for his engaging, practical and down-to-earth style, Michael focuses on helping professionals reframe networking and business development as an opportunity to serve others, build trust and create lasting relationships.
