Reclaiming your Power Self đź’Ą

Details

We all have coping mechanisms—ways of getting through tough moments—that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck in cycles of self-doubt, overthinking, and anxiety. The surprising truth?

These patterns are often our mind’s way of trying to protect us. But instead of helping, they can quietly sabotage our confidence and keep us from moving forward. 💌

Zavira will be sharing powerful insights and concrete strategies to help you gently release these subconscious patterns, so you can start giving your nervous system the rest it deserves and create space for more ease, clarity, and self-trust.

ABOUT OUR COACH, ZAVIRA HEINZE 👩‍🏫
With 21 years of humanitarian leadership experience and a background as a Trauma-informed Coach, Zavira supports people to step into their power and release the patterns holding them back.
Her coaching approach is trauma-informed and embodiment-based, further enhanced by her lived experience with trauma and healing.
As a queer neurodivergent woman from Aruba, she recognises that both our internal systems and the external systems of society need transformation and that we have the opportunity to start tranforming this from within ourselves.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re so excited to invite you to this special in-person session in Estrela Park where we’ll be surrounded by nature as we explore the powerful practice of befriending our inner patterns.

We’ll be meeting promptly at 11am, then heading off together to find a quiet, peaceful spot in the park to settle in for the session.

This gathering will be a gentle introduction to understanding your inner dynamics, bringing awareness to the coping mechanisms and responses that often run in the background of our daily lives. By learning to meet these patterns with compassion, you’ll begin to feel less reactive and more able to respond from a place of clarity, wisdom, and personal power.
If you’re looking for an evidence-based, holistic approach to deep inner transformation and emotional freedom, this is for you.

We recommend bringing a towel or blanket to sit on, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a notebook to jot down any reflections that come up during the session.

Let’s reconnect with ourselves—and each other—in the heart of nature.
