As a trauma-informed Empowerment Coach with 21 years of humanitarian leadership experience and a background as a resident reconstructive surgeon, Zavira supports individuals in stepping into their power and releasing the nervous system patterns holding them back.
Her coaching approach is trauma-informed and embodiment-based, further enhanced by her lived experience with trauma recovery and working in leadership organisations.

As a queer neurodivergent woman from Aruba, she recognises that both our internal systems and the external systems of society need to be decolonised to liberate us from oppression. We have the opportunity to start this release from within ourselves today.
