Volunteers Needed - 2023 Beng and Daisy Ho Wellness Field Day

The Chinese Community Center is looking for volunteers for the 2023 Beng and Daisy Ho Wellness Field Day on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023. Calling all volunteers!! Join us as we provide seniors with field day events and fun!

Events Include:

• Basketball Shootout
• Cornhole
• Wheelchair Race
• Hula Hoop Lasso
• Relay Race
• Tug-of-War

We will need 10 volunteers to help make this event a success!! Please fill out the registration form below by Nov. 1. You will not be registered without it.

Volunteers must be at least 12 years old (with parent/guardian permission if minor). A liability waiver form will be sent to registered volunteers. Each volunteer will be partnered up with a team to assist throughout each contest in the following activities:

• Set up registration tables
• Sign-in attendees
• Scoring events
• Recording contestant times
• Cheering contestants
• Assisting contestants
• Setup/take-down sports items
• Help with other activities as needed

Lunch will be provided for volunteers.

DATE: Saturday, November 4th

TIME: 8:00 AM- 1:30 PM - If you can't volunteer for the whole time, that's ok! Just let us know when you need to leave.

LOCATION: Chinese Community Center - 9800 Town Park Dr., Houston, TX 77036

PARKING: Located in parking lot by Town Park Dr. in front of Chinese Community Center main entrance.
