The LATE, LAZY Sunday Long Run (8-20mi / 11-12.30 pace) | LIFE Pancake @ 9am

Meet at 9AM at LIFE Pancake Company on Sunday mornings for a LATE, LAZY, LONG RUN. The target pace will be 11-12.30mins/mile.

Pace: LAZY. Priority pace is about 11-12.30mins/mile. This run is an inclusive and friendly run with a laid-back vibe and a focus on good company rather than pace goals or speed. If you want to run faster, we have earlier weekend runs (7 and 8AM) that often trend around 8.30-10mins/mile that are better suited to that.

Mileage: LONG. Anywhere from 8-20 miles. Likely to be highest in March as spring marathon training peaks.

Route will often be LSP/Port Liberte. But field trips through other parts of the city will also happen from time to time, especially as marathon training for the spring heats up and LSP gets boring.

Duration: Most Sundays in December, January, February and March, barring conflicting holidays/events.
