Sam AM cafe run

Please join Sam from sam a.m. cafe on his weekly 4-mile run into LSP starting and ending at his cafe. He is offering runners water and a free hot coffee at the finish, with other items available for purchase (http://sam-am.com).

This is one of our faster runs (7-9 min pace with occasional outliers). Even if there are few RSVPs here on Meetup, there will probably be runners there, as Sam has a regular group going.

Please abide by all CDC guidelines relevant to COVID-19. Please do not attend if you are ill.
