Your guide, Jeannie Vassos, has been a meditation instructor for 14+ years and has seen the benefits of regular meditation practice benefit her life and the lives of many others. Jeannie seeks to create a safe space for everyone to come and to leave a better and more peaceful person!
Details:
- New and experienced meditators are welcome!
- Dress comfortably (& warm in the winter months), you will be asked to remove your shoes, bring slippers if needed
- Bring a water bottle and notebook if you desire
- Please arrive no later than 6:30pm as the meditation will start promptly at 6:40pm
- Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance to save your spot!
- The meditation is held at The Middle Pillar in unit 1B at the Northwest corner of 1190 Twinney Drive. You will see signs for The Middle Pillar on the door.
- Please note: failure to pre-register on Meetup will cost you $15 to attend, and/or there may not be space available for you and you will be turned away.
