Winter Solstice and Yule Meditation with Steph and Jeannie

The Winter Solstice is happening on December 21, 2024. This Winter Solstice Meditation will be focusing on the themes of renewal, healing, and the rebirth of the sun/light that we are currently in near the solstice. If you're feeling like you need to reconnect with all things light, joy, and community, this event is for you!

Stephanie Wosik and Jeannie Vassos have been meditation instructors for 10+ years and have seen the benefits of regular meditation practice benefit their own lives and the lives of many others. They seeks to create a safe space for everyone to come and to leave a better and more peaceful person!

Join us for a cozy evening of healing, and renewal!

Details:

• New and experienced meditators are welcome!
• Dress comfortably (& warm in the winter months)
• Bring a water bottle and notebook if you desire
• Please arrive no later than 6:30pm as the meditation will start promptly at 6:40pm
• Seating is limited and tickets must be purchased in advance to save your spot!
• The meditation is held at The Middle Pillar in unit 1B at the front Northwest corner of 1190 Twinney Drive. You will see signs for The Middle Pillar on the door.
• Please note: failure to pre-register on Eventbrite will cost you $15 to attend, and/or there may not be space available for you and you will be turned away.
