JECS x Pergola Christmas JPN-ENG Language Exchange, Secret Santa and Karaoke!

UPDATE
There's a change in the event start time and the order. We're doing karaoke followed by a Japanese - English language exchange and Secret Santa at Pergola for Christmas this year. You can join whenever you like. You do not need to attend karaoke in order to attend the language exchange at Pergola and vice versa.

The plan is to meet from 2:30pm and sing at the karaoke bar for two hours. We'll then go to Pergola in Paddington during the evening slot which starts from 5:30pm. I'll post an update for which karaoke bar we go to closer to the time once I know how many people are coming. It will likely be at EPOC in Soho or Karaoke Box in Mayfair. RSVP early and let me know if you're interested in doing karaoke by 9am on Sunday 12th December. I am happy to make a karaoke room reservation in advance. We divide the karaoke room cost by how many people are attending to calculate the price per person. Check the EPOC and Karaoke Box websites to see their prices. You would need to pay for your spot by sending me a bank transfer by 9pm on Sunday 12th December. I'll confirm how much to pay beforehand. Once everyone has done that, I'll make the booking a week in advance.

Pergola has beautiful decorations and a majestic look to it for Christmas this year. I hope you all like it. Currently, there are 170+ tickets available for sale at the time I'm writing this. So don't wait too long and buy your ticket before they sell out. I have spoken to the staff who have confirmed that once the tickets sell out, there will NOT be any more additional tickets for sale unless there are cancellations.

The ticket price including fees is £11.20. I think it's worth it, as you will receive a free drink of your choice on entry to the venue and there will be a gospel choir singing on the premises. CAUTION The website says the tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchasing, so please bare this in mind! Let me know when you have paid for your ticket please.

We will switch between English and Japanese language at regular intervals as usual.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. RSVP to this event and let me know if you want to attend Karaoke and Pergola or just Karaoke or Pergola.
2. You must send a bank transfer of your payment to me in advance by 9pm on Sunday 12th December for your space at karaoke. I'll then make the reservation online (just ask for my bank details).
3. Buy your ticket to Pergola online by credit or debit card via the Pergola website if you wish to attend (link below).
4. Let me know when you've paid please.

SECRET SANTA AT PERGOLA PADDINGTON- 19th OF DECEMBER 2021 AT 2:30PM Hey everyone! This year we are doing Secret Santa.
