What we’re about
This group is for Saudi's and Expats who want to connect with other professionals who don't want to navigate the frustrations of leadership alone. We will have trainings offering certifications, we will have discussion groups to go deep into topics about leadership, contentment and purpose in work, and character development, we will also have peer group coaching times to help each other think through difficult situations. Hopefully this group will help us all make meaningful connections that support us personally and professionally.
هذا القروب مخصّص للسعوديين والمقيمين اللي يبغوا يتواصلوا مع محترفين آخرين بدون ما يواجهوا تحديات القيادة لوحدهم. حنقدّم تدريبات بشهادات معتمدة، وحنسوي مجموعات نقاش نتعمّق فيها بمواضيع القيادة، الرضا والهدف في العمل، وتطوير الشخصية. وكمان، حنوفّر جلسات كوتشينج جماعية عشان نساعد بعض في التفكير بحلول لمواقف صعبة. إن شاء الله يكون هذا القروب فرصة لنا كلنا لبناء علاقات قيّمة تدعمنا شخصيًا ومهنيًا.
