Book Group Meeting - Saturday October 11 - Free Thinkers - Jefferson Humanists

Details
Join FROG, the Free thinkers Reading Opportunity Group, for the Saturday October 11 book group meeting from 2-3:30 PM.
In October we'll be discussing The Making of Another Major Motion Picture Masterpiece by Tom Hanks.
Adapted from Goodreads:
From the Academy Award-winning actor and best-selling author: a novel about the making of a star-studded, multimillion-dollar superhero action film . . . and the humble comic books that inspired it. Funny, touching, and wonderfully thought-provoking, while also capturing the changes in America and American culture since World War II.
Location: We meet in the Mills Building. The Mills Building is a separate building behind the Jefferson Unitarian Church (no affiliation), at 14350 W. 32nd Ave. Enter the parking lot and head to the back left (southeast) corner of the lot. Use the walkway between the church and the Mills Bldg to enter the Mills Bldg (on your left), and walk straight down the hallway to our room.

Upcoming Book Discussions:
Saturday November 13 - When we Cease to Understand the World by Benjamin Labatut
December 13 - Best Books You Read in the Past Year - a chance to let other readers know about good books they may have missed. Every attendee may, but is not required to, share about a book or two. It's a great way to start your reading list for 2026!
The 2026 schedule will be posted on The Jefferson Humanists' website at https://www.jeffersonhumanists.org after it is voted on in October.
