THE FIRST SAT OF EACH MONTH FROM 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM

This is our monthly Death Cafe meeting, hosted by the Jefferson Humanists. This is not a grief group. We discuss and share thoughts, questions and concerns around the topic of death. The objective is '"to increase awareness of death with a view to helping people make the most of their (finite) lives'".

There is no set agenda and everyone is welcome to attend and participate, if desired. In the past we have discussed everything from water cremation to relatives bringing unwanted religious personnel to a dying person's bedside. Location: We meet in the Mills Building behind the Jefferson Unitarian Church (JUC), at 14350 W. 32nd Ave, Golden. (Our group has no affiliation with the church.)

Please RSVP to this Meetup or email deathcafe@jeffersonhumanists.org. We request RSVPs so we can set out enough chairs. Also, the host will provide snacks based on the head count. Please bring your own choice of beverage.
