Hello Jenkins Community!
We formally announced (http://jenkins-ci.org/content/bay-area-jenkins-area-meet-looking-you) a new Jenkins Area Meetup (JAM) in the BayArea where Jenkins community members can come together on a regular basis to learn how others are using Jenkins and what's new in Jenkins.
This is our first meetup and we are excited to kick it off with none other than Kohsuke himself presenting about the latest and greatest of Jenkins. Join us to learn more about the direction of Jenkins and about the direction of Jenkins community in supporting Continuous integration and Continuous Delivery.

Kohsuke is a well-respected developer for founding and leading the Jenkins project. He is also a regular speaker at industry and Jenkins community events. He's often asked to speak about his experience and approach in creating Jenkins, a Continuous Integration platform, that is widely adopted and a successful community-driven open source project. Kohsuke is currently CTO of CloudBees. Before joining CloudBees, Kohsuke was with Sun Microsystems and Oracle, where he worked on a variety of projects and initiated the open source work that led to Jenkins. John Willis has worked in the IT management industry for more than 35 years. Currently he is an Evangelist at Docker Inc. Prior to Docker Willis was the VP of Solutions for Sockeptlane (sold to Docker) and Enstratius (sold to Dell). Prior to to Socketplane and Enstratius Willis was the VP of Training & Services at Opscode where he formalized the training, evangelism, and professional services functions at the firm. Willis also founded Gulf Breeze Software, an award winning IBM business partner, which specializes in deploying Tivoli technology for the enterprise. Willis has authored six IBM Redbooks for IBM on enterprise systems management and was the founder and chief architect at Chain Bridge Systems.
