Cruise & Community: Jersey City Cycling Club Debut Ride

Join us for the inaugural bike ride of the Jersey City Cycling Club, a leisurely ride north along Jersey City's beautiful waterfront! We’ll meet at Grove Street Plaza and head out for a casual 15-20 mile ride, showcasing some of the area's most scenic riverside views.

This ride welcomes cyclists of all experience levels. Whether you're new to biking or a seasoned rider, you'll enjoy the relaxed pace, good conversations, and picturesque route. Bright or reflective clothing is encouraged for visibility, but above all, bring your enthusiasm and enjoy a fun, social ride!

Connect with other local cyclists, soak up the views along the waterfront, and discover why Jersey City is a fantastic place to ride!

Rough Schedule:

• 10:30 AM: Meet at Grove Street Plaza, have coffee/breakfast, introductions, and ride briefing
• 11:00 AM: Ride departure heading north along the waterfront
• 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM: Leisurely-paced 15-20 mile ride enjoying scenic views
• 12:45 - 1:00 PM: Ride concludes at Grove Street Bicycles (172 Christopher Columbus, Jersey City, NJ 07302), optional social time
• 1:00 - 1:30 PM: Optional bike repair workshop hosted by one of Grove Street Bicycle's skilled technicians—learn basic maintenance and helpful repair tips!
