Join us for a Learn Mahjong Night co-hosted with The Parlour Club and led by the wonderful The Tile Teacher, a sought-after instructor known for making this classic game approachable, social, and seriously fun.
In this beginner-friendly session, she’ll guide you through the basics of American Mahjong—from understanding the tiles and key terminology to the flow of the game—so you can confidently sit down and play. Whether you’ve never touched a tile before or just need a refresher, this relaxed, welcoming evening is all about learning and laughing. Come curious and leave ready to shuffle, smile, and play. 🀄
Good to know:
- The class fee is the fee the instructor chargers per attendee. You'll pay the instructor day of (Zelle or Venmo)
- This class is a pre-requisite join one of our Mahjong clubs, which meet monthly for play.
- Potluck style- bring a snack and drink!
- All Mahjong supplies will be provided.
