Robin and Jacqueline started Scouted to bring an innovative data driven solution to streamline and simplify the entry level recruiting process.

Matthew Hamilton - Matt joined Venmo in September 2011 after graduating from Columbia University with a degree in materials science engineering. He started working on the iOS app, switched to backend after a year, and later led the launch of the Venmo Payouts API (https://techcrunch.com/2013/03/20/venmo-payouts/). He went on to lead design and development of the Venmo Developer API (https://developer.venmo.com/), fostering partnerships with HBO (http://blog.venmo.com/2015/4/30/keep-the-fight-in-the-ring-this-weekend-with-venmo), Papa John's (http://blog.venmo.com/2015/4/10/love-pizza-love-venmo-papa-johns-brings-them-both-together), and Splitwise (https://blog.splitwise.com/2013/09/11/introducing-settle-up-with-splitwise-and-venmo/) while Venmo scaled to over $1 billion in volume per month. He is currently working as a Senior Product Manager, owning the Venmo for purchases (https://venmo.com/purchases) features and backlog.
