Fiesta Latina!

Continue your Cinco de Mayo celebration on Siete de Mayo! Join us Tuesday, May 7 for a HOT Latin celebration featuring the flavorful creations of Columbian Chef Diego. From 6:00-7:00 we'll socialize and enjoy buffet-style appetizers including Seared Tuna on Plaintain Chips, Pulled Pork ala Pastor on Tortilla Chips, and Ricotta Cheese Bread Crostinis.

At 7:00, we'll sit down to these luscious entree choices:

Pork Ribs - Topped with Provenza sauce, served with French fries and Columbian cole slaw (contains pineapple)

Paradise Chicken - Grilled chicken breast with a light passion fruit sauce serve over vegetable "linguine," and plantain chips

Grilled boneless pork chop - Topped with a cranberry demi glaze and served with sweet plantains and black beans

Surf and Turf Burger - An 8 oz. patty, bang bang shrimp, provolone cheese and caramelized red onions, served with French fries and Columbian cole slaw (contains pineapple)

We'll end with dessert choice of flan or salpicon (I was FORCED to sample the salpicon, and WOW, was it yummy!) plus one of my silly games!

This event will be held in the lovely private room of the new Provenza Event Center, 5001 Wellington Ave., Ventnor Heights. There's plenty of parking.
