SIP & SAVOR: A Cozy January Dinner

Bundle up and spend a winter evening at our little Italian hideaway! Enjoy appetizers, soup or salad, choice of entrée, and dessert, along with nice wines and great company!

ENTREE CHOICES:

• Sachetti Monte Bianco
  Confetti bag pasta filled with fontina cheese, prosciutto sautéed with shitake mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, garlic, white wine, fine herbs reduced with a touch of cream, and parmesan cheese.
• Chicken "Mama Sauce"
  Chicken folded in sautéed scallions, extra virgin olive oil, butter, thyme, sage, prosciutto, caramelized onions, peas, flambéed with cognac, and Marsala wine rosa sauce finished with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese over penne pasta.
• Shrimp Montebianco
  Shrimp sauteed with shitake mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, white wine, fine herbs, reduced with a touch of cream and parmesan cheese over linguini.
• Eggplant Parmesan
  Lightly breaded eggplant layered with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese. (vegetarian)
