General Tso's Chicken - Boneless white meat marinated and pan fried until crispy, then sauteed with scorched red peppers in a tangy sauce.

Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables - Shrimp, snow peas, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms and napa cabbage tossed in a tasty white sauce.

Sweet and Sour Chicken - Breaded and fried crispy chicken with pineapples, green bell peppers, and onions with sauce served on the side.

Vegetable Lo Mein - Soft noodles tossed with a variety of crisp, tender vegetables in a savory, soy-based sauce.
